Where the applicants come from
More than half of all applications come from the United States. Malta and the Cayman Islands follow, home to some of the largest portfolio applicants. The arcs connect countries whose applicants want the same strings.
Who competes with whom
263 strings have more than one application. The big portfolio applicants meet again and again: Link Freedom Group and XYZ.COM applied for 49 of the same strings. Press play to watch the field shrink to the heavyweights.
